I am a 200hr-YTT qualified yoga instructor with 15 years of practice experience. Currently I offer classes to both private groups and businesses. Yin and restorative yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. A wide range of props are used, mostly to increase the student’s contact with the floor and improve a sense of ease within the posture. This class is great for both beginner and intermediate groups, with a strong emphasis on both physical and mental relaxation.

Hatha yoga

A more active class with emphasis on activation of muscles within postures in order to counter stress built up in the body during the day. This class can be tailored to all levels as well as designed to focus on specific themes (e.g. to counter neck and shoulder tension built up from desk work).

Vinyasa yoga

A faster paced class where we focus on building strength and flow within the body, combining breath with fluid motions. Some familiarity with yoga/other training preferable, but it is possible to adapt to a beginner level also.
